Ryan Elazari spent over a decade as a CRE operator running multifamily, office, and retail portfolios in New York before founding the show. That operator's lens shapes every conversation, substance over hype, honest takes over PR talking points. Ryan also serves as Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Entrepreneurship at Baruch College, where he teaches the next generation of real estate entrepreneurs.
Born and raised in New York, Ryan lives in the NYC metro area with his wife Daniela and their two kids, Farrah and Rafa. He's a huge sports fan and lover of food, live music, and beach vacations.
